We have a complete network of trusted sub-contractors — electrical, plumbing, roofing, tiling and more. Keen Builders manages and coordinates every trade so you deal with one point of contact throughout.
Council Consents & Documentation
Building consent, resource consent, code compliance certificates — we apply for everything on your behalf. You don't need to deal with the council; we handle all documentation from start to finish.

We visit your site, discuss your plans and give you an honest assessment of what's involved — access, ground conditions, council requirements and realistic timeframes. No obligation.
Design & Consents
We work with your designer or architect to finalise the plans, then apply for all building consents and council documentation on your behalf. You don't have to deal with the council — we handle it all.
Site Preparation & Foundation
Site clearance, earthworks and foundation — all carried out in-house by Keen Builders. Rib raft slabs, concrete pads and pile foundations. The most critical stage of any build, done right.
Framing, Roofing & Cladding
Timber framing built on-site, roofing and exterior cladding — all coordinated and managed by Keen Builders. Our scaffolding goes up immediately, keeping the build on schedule without hire delays.
Sub-Contractors & Services
Electrical, plumbing, insulation, linings and tiling — all coordinated through our trusted sub-contractor network. Keen Builders manages every trade so there's one point of contact throughout.
Fit-Out, CCC & Handover
Kitchen, bathrooms and all interior finishing works completed. We obtain the Code Compliance Certificate and all final documentation — then hand you the keys.
