Inspection and Assessment We begin by inspecting the existing deck structure to determine the extent of deterioration and what components need replacing. Safe Demolition Damaged decking boards, framing, and piles are carefully removed while protecting surrounding landscaping and exterior finishes. Structural Rebuild New piles, bearers, and joists are installed using treated structural timber that meets current New Zealand building standards. New Decking Installation Quality decking boards are installed with durable fixings designed for long-term outdoor use. Finishing and Detailing Stairs, handrails, and trims are completed to create a clean, professional finish that complements the home.
